This hotel exceeded all expectations! The breathtaking views from my Superior Twin Room were mesmerizing, and the location couldn't be better—right next to Toyosu station, linking me directly to top attractions. The public bath was a highlight, offering a serene soak after busy days. Staff were consistently helpful, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

What stands out – both good and bad

The views of the port were stunning and the hotel provided great convenience with direct access to a subway station and mall nearby. Staff were very hospitable especially with luggage assistance.

The room had no work desk, which made it inconvenient to use the small table for any tasks. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was also weaker than expected.

My twin room was super small, but the view of Mt. Fuji was amazing.

Positive, The view was breathtaking from the Superior King Room with View Bath. I even had Mount Fuji in sight from the bathtub! The room was super clean, and there’s easy access to the subway right from the hotel. This place is unbeatable for Tokyo views! 🌅

I had an amazing time with a stunning view over Tokyo Bay and the relaxing outdoor public baths. Breakfast was fantastic, but our bathroom had a persistent odor.

After exploring the city, we enjoyed an incredible soak in the outdoor bath at sunset and the rejuvenating hot springs. Only minor thing is the reception's location. it can be a bit of a hassle to navigate back and forth, but it’s totally worth it! 😊

The Superior Queen Room was super spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved how big the windows were, giving a fantastic view of the city. The public bath on the 36th floor was a great way to unwind. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and had some European options. Just wish there were more laundry options available.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the Superior Queen Room, making our stay very comfortable. Additionally, having the train station connected to the hotel was incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Disney.
